Continental Landscapes Limited is a large grounds maintenance company servicing local authority contracts. We are currently seeking to recruit the following:

Contract Supervisor

Based at our depot on the outskirts of Poole, Dorset and reporting to the Contract Manager, the successful applicant will have suitable experience within the grounds maintenance / horticultural industry. Applicants should be experienced in management, liaison with strategic clients, and be commercially aware. Experience at a supervisory level in horticulture and grounds maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities include the day-to-day operational management of activities across the grounds maintenance disciplines, establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships and effective financial management of the contract(s).

The position requires commitment, self motivation and the ability to lead and manage both the established and a transferring workforce.

We would also consider applicants from other employment disciplines who can demonstrate the ability to manage numerous mobile teams.

A full driving license is essential.
