Continental Landscapes Limited is committed to providing customer care throughout the company. This applies to many situations, with 'customer' being a very general description that includes the following:

• Members of the public using facilities we maintain
• Our own members of staff

Through this policy we will endeavour to offer a service providing quality and excellence. We will listen to and implement our customers' views and ideas, and ensure that we treat all customers with respect and equality.

The company will be accessible and will respond to the concerns and needs of the people in its areas of operation, and where appropriate, will contribute to the formulation of strategies which will benefit the community it serves.

Our policy and procedures set out our aims and objectives, and this policy is subject to review at least on an annual basis.
