Refund Policy
Over payment will be refunded with a credit note for use against future bookings. Alternatively credit card payments can be credited with the difference within one calendar month of reporting an over payment.

All payments must have an invoice number and be clearly marked for business purposes so that any payment discrepancies can be tracked and rectified easily.

Allotments
Allotments are agreed on an annual contract and refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances. If you wish to cancel an allotment please send a letter to Continental Landscapes Ltd advising the company of your decision so that the plot can be made available to the next person on the waiting list.
