Greening Strategy

The council's aim is that all green waste is recycled within the District. We compost all our green waste and re-use it on shrub beds etc. We recycle waste at various sites throughout the District and the compost is used as mulch or incorporated into the soil. In the autumn all leaves are collected and composted for re-use.
