- Joint web based access to a number of systems for sharing information
- Specialist training for staff in areas such as horticulture, arboriculture, Health and Safety and Chapter 8 Sign Lighting and Guarding
- An NVQ level 2 scheme is in place with University of Lincoln, to train staff and raise skills levels
- We attend local management boards and contribute to the Acis Group “Home News” Newsletter.
- Dedicated Teams will attend site on a regular basis and staff have been selected locally who know the district.
- A sub depot has been sourced within Gainsborough Town to improve operational efficiencies, which is backed up by the main Lincoln Depot for the region.
- We pride ourselves in our communication and relay problems/enquiries through to Acis as they happen/are identified to improve response times.
